1. First of all you want to cook up 1 lb about of ground beef.

2. Grab 2 steams of Oregano Leaves and break the leafs up
and mix them on the meat while cooking.

3. Dice up about 5 cloves of garlic and mix the garlic also in the meat
and cook it.

4. Have Brown Rice Short Grain boiled to where the rice is soft.
5. Have your noodles boiled where they are soft also.

6. Now mix the noodles and your brown rice with the meat and add your sauce. I used 2 bottles of this sauce.

7. Final results was more lbs to eat per my dollar with a delicious taste !
The brown rice is better for you than the noodles and so in making your
spaghetti in this way makes a more healthier meal. Saves you money
and you can feed more bellies.
